Plaintiff LHLC Corporation brings this action pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, 15 U.S.C. § 78a et seq., charging that defendant Deloitte, Haskins & Sells ("DHS") defrauded plaintiff by materially misrepresenting the value of the inventory during the sale of the stock of a company to plaintiff in February, 1983.
