Defendants Manuel Lorenzo and Casimir Niedzwiedz were charged by way of information with knowingly possessing cocaine, a felony, and knowingly possessing marijuana, a misdemeanor, in violation of § 195.020 and § 195.200.1, RSMo 1978.
