This is an appeal from a suit brought by Continental Airlines, Inc., to declare that there is no legal impediment to Continental's offering certain air passenger services to and from Dallas Love Field Airport and to require the City of Dallas to negotiate with it for leasing of airport space at Dallas Love Field Airport.
