OPINION

CRIPPEN, Judge.

This is an action arising out of a premium financing agreement between CUPAC and Arctic Air Transport (Arctic). CUPAC seeks to collect returned premiums paid by The Home Insurance Company (Home) to Daly Agency (Daly) on behalf of Arctic. We affirm a decision of the trial court denying CUPAC's claims.
