Defendant appeals from the denial of his post-conviction petition for relief following his negotiated plea of guilty to the offense of burglary. We affirm.

On September 12, 1984, defendant, represented by counsel, entered a negotiated plea of guilty. The plea agreement was that if defendant, charged with the offenses of burglary and possession of burglary tools, would plead guilty...
