RABINOWITZ, Chief Justice.

In Alaska Pac. Assurance Co. v. Brown, 687 P.2d 264 (Alaska 1984), we affirmed the superior court's determination that AS 23.30.175(d) is unconstitutional.1 The superior court had concluded that the statute unconstitutionally reduced compensation benefits of injured workers who choose to reside outside of Alaska.
