Defendant, Donald Dunnegan, was charged with reckless homicide (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1983, ch. 38, par. 9-3(a)) and concealment of a homicidal death (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1983, ch. 38, par. 9-3.1(a)).
