Family Showtime Theatres of Bay Parkway, Inc. (hereinafter "Family Showtime") appeals from an order of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Honorable Cecelia H. Goetz, which held, inter alia, that Family Showtime's lease had terminated prior to Family Showtime's filing of a petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code, that Family Showtime therefore had no lease interest to assume or reject...
