The present matter is a sequel to the Stipulation for Settlement filed on February 6, 1986 whereby the parties agreed to terminate all further proceedings in the present case except for the resolution of the insurance coverage issue now before the Court. The final payment of the $60,000.00 settlement was deferred until we resolve this issue. Disposition of the coverage controversy was stayed pending a determination...
