BRYNER, Chief Judge.

Kenneth Wood was convicted of two counts of sexual assault in the first degree, an unclassified felony. AS 11.41.410. He appeals his conviction and sentence. The state confesses error with respect to the sentence, conceding that Wood's sexual assaults were part of a continuous course of conduct, warranting a single sentence. See, e.g., Oswald v.
