This is an accelerated appeal from the granting of a temporary injunction in which the trial court enjoined Paris Savings & Loan Association (Paris) from presenting, and Fox and Jacobs Employee Credit Union (Fox and Jacobs) from paying, a $100,000 letter of credit.
