This lawsuit was apparently begun on the premise that the best defense is a good offense. Caught in repeated serious violations of state and federal regulations concerning nursing home care of the elderly, plaintiff sued those who brought its misdeeds to the light of day and plaintiff has pursued the case with the zeal of a self-proclaimed martyr.
