This is an appeal by plaintiff from a judgment which denied him a trial on the issues of damages and attorney's fees in a suit brought by him for alleged violations of Sections 251.008, 251.002(f)(1) and 251.002(f)(2) of the Texas Election Code (hereafter the "Code").
