Summit Bank (hereafter termed Summit) initiated proceedings against The Creative Cook (hereafter termed Creative) as a corporation, and William E. Harris and Barbara Harris (hereafter termed the Harrises) individually to recover the balance due on one certain promissory note in the original amount of $34,721.89 executed on December 14, 1984, by the Harrises as officers of Creative.
