Plaintiff Arlene S. Kaganove filed this complaint for injunctive relief under the Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA"), 5 U.S.C.A. § 552 (West Supp.1987). Kaganove seeks release of information from the United States Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA"). Currently before the Court are the parties' cross-motions for summary judgment.
