Stanley and Stephena Van Iperen appeal from the district court's dismissal of their bankruptcy appeal as moot. For reversal, they argue that the bankruptcy court1 improperly lifted the automatic stay and allowed purportedly "exempt" property to be taken out of the bankruptcy estate.
