OPINION

SINGLETON, Judge.

Joseph L. Oswald, Jr. was convicted after jury trial of three counts of sexual assault in the first degree. Former AS 11.41.410(a)(3). Oswald was subject to an eight-year presumptive term for each count. AS 12.55.125(i)(1). Judge Eben Lewis sentenced Oswald to two concurrent terms of eight years and a consecutive term of eight years with six years suspended. Oswald's composite sentence...
