Following a jury trial, defendant Mack Littlejohn was found guilty of murder and attempted murder (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1985, ch. 38, pars. 9-1, 8-4), and was sentenced to 50 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections. Defendant appeals his conviction.
