This matter comes before the court on defendant Indiana Harbor Belt's Motion for Summary Judgment and Motion in Limine which were filed on June 9, 1986. The plaintiff filed a response in opposition on June 27, 1986 to which the defendant replied on July 7, 1986. For reasons discussed below, the motions are GRANTED.
