We here determine that Irving V.M. Abb is guilty of professional misconduct in the handling of a decedent's estate, and that a sixty day suspension from the practice of law is the appropriate sanction.

The misconduct occurred in Abb's handling of the estate of Sarah Elizabeth West, and principally consists of neglect, DR 6-101(A)(3), and of charging a clearly excessive fee, DR 2-106(A). Abb does not take issue with the finding of neglect...
