Appellant was charged with burglary, attempted theft of property and of being a felon in possession of a firearm. Appellant was convicted by a jury of all three charges and sentenced to a total of twenty-one years in prison. On appeal, appellant argues three points for reversal: that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress his confession; that the trial court erred in denying his motion to sever the felon in possession of a firearm...
