SENTELLE, District Judge.

THIS MATTER was heard before the undersigned and a jury in a trial concluding April 11, 1986. Upon a verdict in favor of the individual defendants, this Court ordered the costs taxed against the plaintiff. Defendants now move for an award of attorney fees as a part of the costs herein, pursuant to Title 42, U.S. Code, Section 1988.
