The appellant was charged as an habitual offender and convicted of possession of amphetamine or methamphetamine with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, and felon in possession of a firearm. On these three convictions he was sentenced to 40, 25, and 12 years respectively, with the 40 and 25-year sentences to run concurrently, and the 12-year sentence to run consecutively to them.
