These consolidated cases call upon us to decide whether a criminal defendant, after pleading guilty or nolo contendere, may raise as error on appeal the denial of a motion to suppress evidence or the denial of a motion to quash the information because of insufficient evidence at the preliminary examination. We hold that by pleading guilty or nolo contendere defendants have waived their right to raise these issues on appeal. Since this issue is dispositive...
