Complaining of the action of the Bankruptcy Court in declaring its deed of trust lien against property of Landbank Equity Corporation void and of no effect, in directing a conveyance of the real property conveyed by said trust free of said lien and without the payment of the agreed upon purchase price, and other actions, Village Savings Bank (Village) filed this appeal.<...
