Appellants Vernon Block and Cooper, Inc. are farmers. Appellee Harrisburg Elevators, Inc. is a licensed, public grain warehouseman. During October and November, 1982, Cooper delivered a total of 24,648 bushels of soybeans to Harrisburg and Block delivered 2, 179 bushels.
