Appellants Vernon Block and Cooper, Inc. are farmers. Appellee Harrisburg Elevators, Inc. is a licensed, public grain warehouseman. During October and November, 1982, Cooper delivered a total of 24,648 bushels of soybeans to Harrisburg and Block delivered 2, 179 bushels. After the beans were stored and commingled Cooper and Block entered into contracts with Harrisburg which gave the "sellers" the right to conclude the sale at some future
