This cause is before the court on motions to quash two subpoenae duces tecum issued by the grand jury. Rule 17(c) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure authorizes the court to entertain the motion. The grand jury's subpoenae seek certain business records dating back to July 1, 1982.
