Respondent determined deficiencies of income tax against petitioner for its calendar years 1978 and 1979 in the respective amounts of $13,970.50 and $15,694.70. After concessions, the issues which remain for us to decide are: (a) Whether petitioner is entitled to deduct certain amounts paid to or for the benefit of petitioner's then president, Paul B. Gloe, as travel and entertainment expenses, as claimed by petitioner...
