DRAUGHN, Justice.

This case involves the ever-expanding area of appellate review with regard to pleas under Tex.Code Crim.Proc. art. 44.02, where a pre-trial motion has been overruled by the trial court. The scenerio is a familiar one: Appellant sought by pre-trial motion to suppress evidence obtained as a result of a warrantless arrest. After hearing, his motion overruled, and pursuant to a plea bargain agreement, he pled no contest to possession...
