Plaintiff Al Haddad Brothers Enterprises ("Al Haddad") brought this action to recover for damages to a cargo of salt and detergent carried from Wilmington to Turkey on board the vessel, the Agapi, owned and operated by defendant Diakan Love, S.A. ("Diakan"). Currently before the Court is the motion of Diakan for summary judgment on a counterclaim seeking recognition and enforcement of a London arbitration award...
