This matter is before the Court upon defendant Graham's motion to amend judgment and plaintiff's motion for payment of attorney's fees and costs.

This Court granted summary judgment against the Honorable Edward C. Graham for sentencing plaintiff to a jail term for criminal contempt. The Court granted the summary judgment against Judge Graham because he failed to conduct a hearing to determine the cause of plaintiff...
