The defendant appeals his conviction for first degree murder, RSA 630:1-a, on the basis of his contentions that (1) the evidence was insufficient to prove premeditation and deliberation; (2) the Trial Court (DiClerico, J.) erred in admitting evidence of another offense at trial; (3) the New Hampshire rule that insanity is a question of fact for the jury violates due process; and (4) the legislature's failure to delineate standards for the insanity...
