Sovran Bank, N.A. ("Sovran"), appeals from the Bankruptcy Court's order dismissing its complaint and holding the $35,681.81 debt of Raymond L. and Elaine M. Allen ("debtors" or "the Allens") dischargeable within the terms of 11 U.S.C. section 523(a)(2)(B). The Bankruptcy Court's opinion rested on its finding that Sovran did not reasonably rely on the Allens...
