The Office of Attorney Ethics having petitioned the Supreme Court for an order temporarily suspending ARTHUR B. KRAMER of UNION, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1976, from the practice of law pursuant to R. 1:20-5(b), and for restraints on the disbursal of funds from all accounts maintained pursuant to R. 1:21-6, and good cause appearing;
