Did the trial court err on June 23, 1985, by granting defendant's motion for summary disposition pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(10),1 on grounds that plaintiff Sheila D. Bennett's injuries did not meet Michigan's no-fault threshold for serious impairment of body function, MCL 500.3135; MSA 24.13135, as defined by Cassidy v McGovern, 415 Mich. 483; 330 N.W.2d 22
