HOWELL, Justice.

Ben Giles appeals a trial court order dismissing his suit against the TI Employees Pension Plan. We find no error in the dismissal and affirm the trial court's judgment.

Giles sued Pension Plan alleging that it had misrepresented the amount of a lump sum retirement payment due Giles upon his retirement. Giles further alleged a violation of the Deceptive Trade Practices Act. TEX.BUS. & COM.CODE ANN. § 17.41-17.63 (Vernon Supp.1986...
