This is an action to compel specific performance of a contract for the sale of real estate. Two of the original defendants —the United States of America and Andrew Systems, Inc. — were dismissed after they disclaimed any interest in the subject property. Several of the remaining defendants now move under Rule 12(b)(1) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure to dismiss for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction...
