Appellant was convicted of aggravated kidnapping and sentenced to ten years' incarceration in the Texas Department of Corrections.

The Austin Court of Appeals, in an unpublished opinion, affirmed appellant's conviction holding that the evidence presented at the punishment phase of trial was sufficient to prove that appellant was the same person who had been previously convicted...
