Appellant, Sharlene Venable, a pedestrian, sued respondents S.O.R. Inc., owner of the truck involved, and W.H. Lattner III, the driver, for damages for personal injuries sustained by her when she tried to cross a street behind respondent S.O.R.'s truck when it was backing up to exit a parking space.
