Appellant Paul Baker was charged by information with one count of violating the dangerous weapons' control law by possessing a sawed-off shotgun (Pen. Code, § 12020, subd. (a)); two counts of receiving stolen property (Pen. Code, § 496); and one count of possession of marijuana for sale (Health & Saf. Code, § 11359). A jury found him guilty of all counts except possession of marijuana for sale...
