MEMORANDUM

LIMBAUGH, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court on the defendant's motion for a directed verdict which the Court has taken with the case. This cause is based on alleged violations of 42 U.S.C. § 1981 and § 2000e et seq. Jurisdiction is based on 42 U.S.C. § 2000e5(f)(3), 28 U.S.C. § 1331, and 28 U.S.C. § 1343(4).
