Plaintiff Sherman Bowling Center is a partnership which operates a business in Roosevelt Park. Plaintiff's facilities include a building containing fifty bowling lanes, thirteen pool tables, two bars, a restaurant, and two banquet rooms. The facilities also include a parking lot containing 350 to 400 parking spaces. The premises are located in a commercial area and are within three to four blocks of a residential area.
