Goettler Distributing, Inc. (employer) appeals an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) which awarded benefits to Charlene Sedoris (claimant) on the basis that she had voluntarily terminated her employment for cause of a necessitous and compelling nature.1
