Appellant, Jackson Gregory Young, was indicted for possession of marijuana in violation of the Alabama Uniform Controlled Substances Act, § 20-2-70, Code of Alabama 1975. A jury found appellant guilty as charged in the indictment. Appellant was determined to be a habitual offender and was sentenced to fifteen years in the penitentiary.
