Defendant, Donald Watson, was convicted on 25 March 1985 of felonious possession of wire and ADS pipe allegedly taken from the FCX Farm and Garden Supplies, Inc. store in Washington, North Carolina on or about 9 August 1984. There were no markings on the goods which would have identified them as the property of the Washington FCX store.
