LEISURE, District Judge:

This action, under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), seeks a review of a final determination by the Secretary of Health and Human Services ("Secretary") denying plaintiff's application for Disability Insurance Benefits and Supplemental Security Income ("SSI").
