Currently before the court is the motion of defendants City of Chicago, Chicago Police Department and unnamed agents (collectively "defendants") to dismiss the amended complaint of plaintiffs Dreem Arts, Inc. ("Dreem Arts") and Night Moves Publishing, Inc. ("Night Moves") under Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
