Memorandum Findings of Fact and Opinion

GOFFE, Judge:

The Commissioner determined a deficiency in petitioners' Federal income tax for the taxable years 1980 and 1981. After concessions by the parties, the sole issue remaining for decision is whether petitioners are entitled to a deduction for "home office" expenses under section 280A.1
