Claimant Clyde W. Horne, before his death, filed this appeal of an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board which affirmed a referee's decision denying Mr. Horne workmen's compensation benefits. The referee concluded that Mr. Horne failed to give timely notice to his employers of his injury as directed by section 311 of The Pennsylvania Workmen's Compensation Act...
