This is an appeal from an order forfeiting the sum of $15,836.85 to the Commonwealth pursuant to the Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act (Drug Act), 35 P.S. § 780-101 et seq., and refusing appellant's motion for return of the money pursuant to Pa.R.Crim.P. 324. We affirm the order of forfeiture.
